Our body is made out of about 75 % of water, why we need more to
lose weight more quickly?
Must it be
pure water, coudn´t it be something else like juice?
All drinks contain water, that´s right, but the point is: they contain a lot more stuff to. Stuff we don´t´want if we are going to
lose weight, like sugar, coffein or alcohol.
The reasons why you should avoid sugar in order to
lose weight are relatively clear I think (If not, do a search at google and you will find tons of sites with this topic), but why should we avoid coffein?
Coffein enables your body to mobilize more energy, but on the other hand it dehytrates your body, and this is the reason to avoid coffein.
Our body needs
water to burn fat and to get rid of all the toxic chemicals produced in this fat burning process! If our body gets not enough water, the
fat burning process will slow down and will course in the storage of fat in your body instead of burning it away!
Most people don't same to drink this amount of water because it makes them urinate more often. But this is a very good thing. Drinking a
higher amount of water will help to flush out all of the "stored water" that your body has held onto because it thought that you would not intend enough.
The added water will increase the liver's productivity which includes it's ability to metabolize fat in the most efficient possible way for your metabolism.
Also, water of course has absolutly no calories. So drinking
higher amounts of water does not only help the liver and kidneys function more efficiently, it saves unneccessary dulcify calories found in juice and caffeinated drinks. What more could you want?
